She (Kathy Graham) took my first call to her agency and handled my purchase even though a different (absent) agent had the listing and shared in the commission. She gets the job done regardless of who gets the credit. Since buying my house from her, I have found that she is very helpful with all the problems that face a newcomer to her town. I would recommend her very highly to anyone thinking of buying or selling property in this area!!! She is absolutely TOPS!!!
